Working In Neighborhoods (WIN) empowers people to make informed choices for themselves and their neighborhoods through community building, home ownership, and economic learning. WIN's Healthy Housing Initiative calls for building or modifying 50 net zero energy-efficient, low-to-moderate cost homes in Cincinnati.

Working in Neighborhoods' (WIN) annual foreclosure report is out and the numbers are slightly better for 2013.

Completed Sheriff's Sales in Hamilton County dropped 17.5 percent from 2012 and new foreclosure filings fell 24 percent. That's the lowest new filings have been since the housing crisis began.

An effort begins this week to make it easier for pedestrians to travel around Cincinnati's South Cumminsville neighborhood. 

They've been hampered since I-74 cut through the area many years ago.  The effort also comes as the Ohio Department of Transportation’s Millcreek Expressway Project continues on I-75.
