Mary McCartney is the daughter of music royalty – her parents are Sir Paul and the late Linda McCartney – and she has followed in her father’s vegetarian footsteps. She has just published Food: Vegetarian Home Cooking, and as our Barbara Gray learns, it’s full of great recipes and beautiful photography.
She may seem like a walking dichotomy, but Leilani Munter does not see it that way. An avowed environmental activist and vegetarian with a degree in biology, she is also a race car driver. She is using her track time and interaction with race fans as a way to spread her messages of reducing our carbon footprint and the benefits of going green.
