Rabbit Hash, Kentucky

Rabbit Hash General Store

Rabbit Hash, Kentucky may be best known around here for their General Store or having a dog as mayor, but the town has a long and fascinating history. In his new book, Rabbit Hash, Kentucky: River Born, Kentucky Bred, local historian Donald Clare talks with Mark Perzel about the stories of Rabbit Hash’s past, it’s one-time importance to commerce at the river’s bend, and the recent revival of Rabbit Hash as a destination location in Boone County.
