The Blues: 12/17/16 show

(from their website)

A touch of Christmas on this week's blues show!  You'll hear Aaron Neville's "Christmas Prayer" and Houston Person's, "Santa Baby," with vocals by Etta Jones.  There are also songs by Ernestine Anderson, the Blind Boys of Alabama, and the Monty Alexander Trio.

Tune in Saturday night, December 17th, at 11pm for an hour of the blues!

It's a lovey-dovey blues show tonight with some of my favorites from Aaron Neville to Ernestine Anderson and Harry Connick, Jr.  The show begins (11pm on February 13th) with Ernestine's version of "Please Send Me Someone to Love" which is followed by Little Milton (with help from Delbert McClinton), Larry Goshorn (from his new cd, I Wish I Could Fly), and Bonnie Raitt's "Cure for Love."
