In their new book, ?We Could Not Fail: The First African Americans in the Space Program,? Richard Paul and Steven Moss profile ten pioneering African-American space workers whose stories illustrate the role NASA and the space program played in promoting civil rights. Joining us to take a look at that time and the individuals who played a part are co-authors Steven Moss, associate professor of English at Texas State Technical College; and Richard Paul, an independent documentary producer.
