One of the most important factors in any election is how the voters feel, about the direction of the country, their personal situations, and what the future may hold for them and their families. And this year voters are nervous, angry and frustrated.
This week, NPR and Member stations are examining the state of mind of the American voter. And joining us to discuss the mood of voters this election year are University of Virginia Center for Politics Director of Communications and Sabato’s Crystal Ball Contributor, Kyle Kondik; Ohio Public Radio and Television Statehouse News Bureau Chief, Karen Kasler; and WVXU political reporter Howard Wilkinson. Kyle Kondik’s book, “The Bellwether: Why Ohio Picks the President,” will be published this June by Ohio University Press.
