It's called the "largest urban music festival in America," and the 2019 Cincinnati Music Festival includes big name performers Mary J. Blige and Maxwell.
Earth, Wind & Fire, Kid Capri, and Blackstreet round out the line-up for the event which runs July 25 -27.

The event at Paul Brown Stadium draws massive crowds to Downtown over three days. A UC Economics Center report commissioned by the Cincinnati USA Convention & Visitors Bureau finds the festival generates "a $107.5 million economic impact to the region, making it the largest annual driver of tourism in the Tri-State."
"We expect Maxwell and Mary J. Blige to draw large crowds on their own but we are also thrilled to add Earth, Wine & Fire, RBRM, Frankie Beverly, Blackstreet and the Ohio Players to our lineup," says festival producer Joe Santangelo in a statement.
