On Friday, February 8, Lynne Rossetto Kasper, host of public radio's The Splendid Table, was guest of honor at a delicious dinner prepared by Chef Michael Paley at the 21c Museum Hotel in downtown Cincinnati. Lynne had met Chef Paley when he was with the 21c Museum Hotel in Louisville, but she was fascinated by his new cooking method: over open flames and on hot embers and not in traditional ovens. Guests dined on a specially prepared milk braised pork, and were able to hear from the Chef at the conclusion of the meal.
