Impact Cincinnati: Heroin Abuse

Greater Cincinnati has experienced a dramatic rise in heroin abuse over the last few years, with devastating results to addicts, their families and to the community. Heroin is responsible for an increase in crime, overdoses, and the need for prevention and treatment programs.
