The Northern Kentucky Chamber has a new leader.
In a release, the Northern Kentucky Chamber of Commerce announces former Secretary of State Trey Grayson has been hired as its new president.
Since 2011, Grayson has served as Director of the Harvard University Institute of Politics. Grayson is a 1994 Harvard graduate. The 42-year-old is scheduled to start his new job July 1.
“The Northern Kentucky Chamber of Commerce has been the most important organization in the region,” Grayson said. “It is an honor to lead an organization with a mission to strengthen business and improve our quality of life."
Brent Cooper, the President of C-Forward Information Technologies in Covington, has been serving as interim president since February. Long time president Steve Stevens announced his resignation last year.
