Northern Kentucky University Professor of History Dr. Jonathan Reynolds joins us to explain how food enriches our understanding of the world. Dr. Reynolds recently gave a presentation on examining history through food as part of the NKU Scripps Howard Center for Civic Engagement Six@Six Lecture Series.
