Cincinnati Streetcar Gets A Makeover Before Opening Sept. 9

The public got its first look at the re-branded Cincinnati streetcar vehicles Tuesday, which include new colors and a new name.

Cincinnati Bell announced two weeks ago it was paying $340,000 per year for ten years for the naming rights. The system is now call the Cincinnati Bell Connector. The vehicles feature blue and green instead of the original yellow color scheme. Bell graphics are also prominent on the streetcars.

All the vehicles will have the new graphics and branding when streetcar passenger service begins on September 9.
