CINC is working to keep young professionals who intern locally to call Cincinnati home
Thousands of university students from across the country intern and co-op with Greater Cincinnati businesses each year, and retaining this top talent is essential to our region's ongoing economic viability. The Cincinnati Intern Network Connection (CINC) helps these young professionals build personal and professional connections so they are more likely to call Greater Cincinnati home after they graduate. In 2013, 430 interns from 97 different universities and 78 employer companies participated in CINC. Joining us to talk about the program are Erika Fiola, manager of initiatives for Agenda 360, and two interns taking part in the program, Elizabeth Roberts and Ryan Grad.
