Chris Lynn Joins Cleveland-Based Futuri Media

Versatile Cincinnati radio veteran Chris Lynn has a new gig as a "partner integration specialist" for audience engagement at Cleveland-based Futuri Media.

Lynn, whose real name is Chris Huneke, hosted jazz and soft rock on WRRM-FM (98.5, WARM98), and took over as program director after T.J. Holland left in 2009.

He also was WARM98 morning host for two years, between the firing of Dean Miuccio in 2010 and the hiring of Bob and Marianne Goen in 2012. He later moved down the hall to program country WNNF-FM (NASH 94.1).

The Futuri Media announcement says:

Chris Huneke has been named Partner Integration Specialist. Radio veteran Huneke spent the last 19 years in programming and on-air positions at Cumulus Media, most recently as Program Director of NASH FM 94.1/WNNF-FM Cincinnati, before joining the Futuri team. An innovative programmer with a long-held passion for using technology to help improve his radio stations, Huneke will be a partner to programmers who use Futuri's audience engagement products, helping them develop new ways to drive ratings and revenue.

Founded in 2009, Futuri Mediais a "global leader in audience engagement technology and tools to help broadcasters and publishers drive audience and revenue growth," the announcement says. More than 1,000 TV and radio stations in 20 countries use Futuri Media in programming, content or sales, the company says.
