Opening Day 2016

Reds fans can watch 145 games on Fox Sports Ohio this season, plus four games on Fox Sports 1, according to the FSO schedule released Wednesday.

Opening Day coverage starts 10 a.m. Monday, April 3, on FSO, two hours before the 98th annualFindlay Market Association Opening Day Paradebegins at noon on Elm Street.

The Phillies-Reds game at Great American Ball Park will air at 4 p.m. on WLW-AM, Fox Sports Ohio and  again on over-the-air WKRC-TV (Channel 12), as I reported last month.

Here's a link to the 149-game FSO/FS1 Reds schedule.

FSO's Reds TV games again will be called by announcers Thom Brennaman, Jim Kelch and George Grande, with analysts Chris Welsh and Jeff Brantley. Jeff Piecoro and Brian Giesenschlag will return to host "Reds Live" 30 minutes before each game, and after each game, with reporter Jim Day.

Fox Sports Ohio also says that if you're not at home to catch FSO coverage on TV, you can watch on your phone or tablet with Fox Sports GO.  It is available to customers of participating pay-TV providers on iOS, Android, Fire tablets and Fire phones, Amazon Fire TV and Fire TV Stick, select Windows devices, and online at FOXSportsGO.com. Fans can download the mobile app for free from the iTunes App Store, Google Play, Amazon App Store and Windows Store.
