For 10 years, somebody asked Carmon DeLeone about resuming his popular "Sunday Morning Music Hall" classical music radio show.

Services are 6 p.m. today for former WMUB-FM and WVXU-FM program director John Hingsbergen at Newcomer Funeral Home West Side Chapel, 3300 Parkcrest Lane, Western Hills.

Hingsbergen, 67, died Nov. 28 in Richmond, KY, where he as assistant manager and program director at Eastern Kentucky University's WEKU-FM. Visitation begins at 4 p.m. today, Dec. 4.

Versatile Cincinnati radio veteran Chris Lynn has a new gig as a "partner integration specialist" for audience engagement at Cleveland-based Futuri Media.

Lynn, whose real name is Chris Huneke, hosted jazz and soft rock on WRRM-FM (98.5, WARM98), and took over as program director after T.J. Holland left in 2009.

Bobbi Maxwell, who resigned last month from WRRM-FM after more than 30 years on radio here, says we haven’t heard the last of her.

“I’m not done with radio. I still love it,” she tells me.

Maxwell left Cumulus’ WARM98 when managers refused to ease the burden of doing on-air and production (commercials) for 130 Westwood One stations – plus her own WARM98 afternoon drive shift.
