  Two more movies are ready to start filming in Greater Cincinnati. Over the years, several movie crews have shot films in and around our region, giving locals plenty of opportunities to get a taste of Hollywood and grab a few seconds of fame on film as extras. But how do casting directors decide who to put in a movie?

For years, a lot of people who live in the Cincinnati area knew to pay attention to what Larry Nager was saying. Whether it was a concert review, a profile of a musician or news about upcoming record releases, people might spend money, sometimes lots of it, based on what he wrote -- first, for the afternoon paper, the Post, then for the "winner" in the battle for print allegiance, the Enquirer.

  The Super Bowl is this Sunday, and there is almost as much pre-game hype about what will take place off the field, the commercials.  This year companies will spend $4 million for a 30 seconds of air time.
