Beloved "Science Friday" host Ira Flatow aired his show from WVXU's studio Friday and after the broadcast aired, Flatow took some time to answer fan questions on Facebook.

Ira Flatow broadcasts his "Science Friday" show from WVXU-FM 2-4 p.m. Friday before taping interviews Saturday at Miami University in Oxford.

  Former NPR science correspondent, award-winning TV journalist and author Ira Flatow is the host of the the weekly radio show, Science Friday. Dean Regas, outreach astronomer and assistant director with the Cincinnati Observatory, is co-host of the popular PBS series, Star Gazers.

Ira Flatow is the longtime host of NPR’s Science Friday, which airs at 2:00 every Friday afternoon on WVXU. He takes a few minutes to join our Dean Regas for this edition of Looking Up. He talks about how Science Friday got started, where his love of science came from, and what he hopes listeners take away from each broadcast.
