The Social Security Administration is out with its list of the most popular baby names in the Tristate in 2015. Emma remains the most popular girl's name in Ohio, Kentucky and Indiana. The top boy's name in Ohio and Indiana was Liam, while William topped the list in Kentucky.

If you gave birth to an Ava or a Jackson in 2015, you weren't alone. Those were the two most popular baby names in Cincinnati last year.

Liam and Emma were the most popular names for babies in Northern Kentucky last year.  Emma also was the top girl name for Cincinnati babies last year.  The Northern Kentucky Health Department released the name list for babies born in Boone, Campbell, Grant and Kenton counties.  The list does not include babies who live in Northern Kentucky but were born in Ohio.  Here's the full list:

Emma and William were the most popular names in Cincinnati in 2012.  William was also number one in 2011.  2011's top girl's name, Olivia, dropped of the list completely.  The Cincinnati Health Department released the list. 

Rounding out the top five for boys, Benjamin, Liam, and a tie between Andrew and Mason. For girls, Sophia, Ava, Lillian and a tie between Isabella and Avery.  Here are the complete lists:
