We hear from the creative minds behind the retro radio series, The Scarlet Spacer

Before cable TV, before Netflix, Hulu, and other streaming media services, there was radio. Dramas, comedies, science fiction thrillers and variety shows were the entertainment of the day, programs where voice actors and effects artists provided the sounds, while the listener?'s mind and imagination created the images. Local film maker Josh Flowers has re-created that experience. He and producer Becky Halterman, local nonprofit communication professional and blogger at Pump Up the Frump, have put together a retro-radio science fiction drama for today'?s audiences. They are here today to discuss their project, The Scarlet Spacer, along with host of The Book Club @91.7Mark Perzel, who played the part of narrator on the radio drama.
