Being an entrepreneur or starting a new company has its risks, more than half of all new businesses fail within four years, and the failure rate for non-profit organizations is even higher. But two local groups are providing free business legal services to help small businesses and non-profits succeed. Here to discuss their efforts are Professor Barbara Wagner, director of the NKU Chase College of Law Small Business & Nonprofit Law Clinic, and Erin Childs, executive director of Pro Bono Partnership of Greater Cincinnati.
