OKI asks for comments on updating bike map

The Ohio-Kentucky-Indiana Regional Council of Governments wants to hear from people and groups who bicycle in Cincinnati as it begins updating its Bike Route Guide map.  OKI is asking for comments, ideas and questions about the current map.

"It was last updated in 2010," said OKI Senior Planner Don Burrell.  "It's fairly popular with cyclists and gets distributed through our office and a number of bike shops."

The update will give the Cincinnati bicycle community the opportunity to comment on changes along routes, detours and safety issues.  Burrell said the input will be used to help finalize the new map.  He said it's being released in May for National Bike Month.

The campaign runs until  February 17.  Here's the link for comments.
