The Miami University Center For Community Engagement Builds Collaborations In Over The Rhine

The Miami University Center for Community Engagement in Over-the-Rhine benefits students, faculty, residents and the overall community.

The Miami University Center for Community Engagement in Over-the-Rhine establishes collaborations between the University and community groups in the neighborhood, providing opportunities for student, faculty, and community learning, in an environment that fosters and supports social justice and community transformation.

Joining us to discuss the Center are Dr. Tammy Schwartz, director of the Miami University Urban Teaching Cohort; Cincinnati Professor of Community Engagement Thomas A. Dutton, director of the Miami University Center for Community Engagement in Over-the-Rhine;  and John Blake, Center for Community Engagement coordinator of Community Projects and director of the Over-the-Rhine Design/Build Studio.
