Groundbreaking for New Transitional Care Center in Cold Spring

Groundbreaking is set for this morning for a new center that will specialize in long-term nursing care and short-term rehabilitative care in Cold Spring.  Kentucky Governor Steve Beshear will be among the officials on hand at the new site of the Coldspring Transitional Care Center.

A release from Carespring Health Care Management says the facility will bring more than 200 new skilled jobs to the area.  The $24-million project is set to open in the fall of 2014.

This will be the third Carespring development in northern Kentucky.  The company currently has facilities in Erlanger and Fort Thomas.
