Frank Warren, The Man Behind The Popular PostSecret Blog

PostSecret.com

In 2005, Frank Warren started PostSecret as a community art project, inviting strangers to anonymously mail in their secrets on a homemade postcard.

Since then Frank has received over 1 million secrets, and that simple art project has been developed into the most visited advertisement-free blog in the world, five best-selling books, a play and a series of live events. We recently talked with Frank Warren about PostSecret and why it has resonated with so many people worldwide.

As part of the University of Dayton's Suicide Prevention Week programming, Frank Warren was on campus last Thursday to kick-off the UD Speaker Series. The next lecture takes place Wednesday, September 21, and will be presented by Lawrence Lessig, a Harvard Law professor who ran for the Democratic presidential nomination. Professor Lessig will speak on "The Importance of the First Presidential Debate." For more information on the speaker series, click here.

The American Foundation for Suicide Prevention Cincinnati Chapter is holding the Out of the Darkness Cincinnati Walk on Sunday, October 16, from 5-8 p.m. at Sawyer Point. For more information and registration, click here
