Easing the Stress of Downsizing

 

 It’s a reality facing an increasing number of families each year, the time when it makes sense to move out of a home, one that may contain decades of  accumulated memories and treasures, and into an apartment at a retirement community or assisted living center. It can be an overwhelming experience for many. Betsy Goldfarb, owner of Queen City Transitions, and Clinical Psychologist Dr. Jerome Gabis ofLegacy Psychological Services join us to discuss how to ease the physical and emotional stress of downsizing to a smaller living space.
