The Cincinnati Triathlon is Sunday morning. That means lots of swimming, running and biking... and street closures downtown.
Here's what you need to know:
The Cincinnati Triathlon will take place on Sunday, July 21, 2013. Beginning at 6 AM on Sunday, July 21 the following streets will close and remain closed until approximately 12 PM:
- Columbia Parkway- closed between downtown and Delta Avenue
- Mehring Way- closed between E. Pete Rose Way and W. Pete Rose Way
- W. Pete Rose Way- closed between Gest Street and Central Avenue
- Central Avenue- closed between W. Pete Rose Way and Mehring Way
- Elm Street- closed between Freedom Way and Mehring Way
- Joe Nuxhall Way- closed between Freedom Way and Mehring Way
- Johnny Bench Way- closed between E. Pete Rose Way and Mehring Way
- E. Pete Rose Way- closed between Broadway and Eggleston Avenue
- Eggleston Avenue- southbound only closed between Reedy St and E. Pete Rose Way
- Sentinel Street- closed between Fifth Street and Eggleston Avenue
- Fifth Street- closed between Broadway and ramps to I-71, Columbia Parkway
- Martin Street- Ramp Closed to access Columbia Parkway
- Rose Street- closed between W. Pete Rose Way and Mehring Way
- Smith Street- closed between W. Pete Rose Way and Mehring Way
