Can Cincinnati Balance its Budget?

Cincinnati officials meet with bond rating agencies next month, hoping to maintain the city’s current AA rating. But that may depend on council structurally balancing the budget and stabilizing the city’s pension fund. Council Members Amy Murray, Kevin Flynn and Wendell Young join us to discuss thoughts on getting the city’s budget under control and what a lowered bond rating could mean for the future operation of the city.
