A group called The Claudettes start off the first set of this week's blues show on Saturday evening at 11pm on June 27th. Also featured in the first set are local musicians Ricky Nye, as well as Larry and Tim Goshorn. There's also a song by Bob Dylan, "Man of Constant Sorrow."
The second set of the Blues begins with Shannon Curfman, "I Don't Make Promises," then you'll hear Gov't Mule, Bobby Blue Bland, and E.G. Kight. Three master bluesmen are included in the third set: Albert King, Stevie Ray Vaughan, and Luther Allison. And, the show ends with the vocals of Bruce Cockburn from his Breakfast in New Orleans release, a song entitled "Deep Lake."
