Black Nativity

Black Nativity, by the poet and playwright Langston Hughes, and originally performed in 1961, celebrates more than just Christmas. And it has become a regular seasonal favorite of the Cincinnati Black Theater Company. The CBTC is performing Black Nativity tonight and Saturday night.  James Christian, Jr., who plays the role of Griot (the storyteller), talks about the production.
