Launched in 2007, the Neighborhood Enhancement Program (NEP) is a 90-day collaborative effort between City of Cincinnati departments, neighborhood residents and community organizations in an effort to improve the quality of life in our communities. Cincinnati City Senior Community Development Analyst Ethel Cogen, Keep Cincinnati Beautiful Executive Director Linda Holterhoff, and Cincinnati Police Assistant Chief Dave Bailey explain the NEP, and how it’s being utilized to improve local neighborhoods.
