Will GOP voting changes fire up Democratic base in Ohio?

In politics, if you have the numbers, you get to make the rules.

In Ohio, the Republicans have the numbers – they control both the Ohio House and Senate, they have one of their own in the governor’s office, John Kasich, and a Republican as the state’s chief elections officer, Secretary of State John Husted.

What Kasich, Husted and the legislature have done in recent weeks is to wield that power to make some rather big changes in the early voting system Ohio has used since 2006.

Kings Island Job Fair Saturday

Kings Island will need more than 4,000 employees for the 2014 summer season.  On Saturday, March 1 from 9:00 am until 4:00 pm the park will host a job fair to begin filling these positions at the Mason amusement park.

Developers say they have funding for Ark Encounter

Developers say the funding is in place to build phase one of a replica of Noah's Ark in Williamstown, Kentucky off I-75. 

President and CEO of Answers in Genesis (AIG) Ken Hamm, made the announcement last night during a webcast. Hamm says his recent debate with Bill Nye the Science Guy along with the media coverage of the soon to be released film "Noah" starring Russell Crowe have helped bring the Ark Encounter project attention.
