BRRRR! Let me shake this snow off my boots

This definitely has been a colder, snowier winter than usual.   Just ask the folks at the National Weather Service in Wilmington how much snow we've gotten.

"So far this winter, not including Tuesday's snowfall but through midnight last night, 20.1 inches at our official observing location at the Cincinnati Airport,"  said Seth Binau, Science Operations Officer at the NWS.

Elections board split over move to Mount Airy

Democrats and Republicans on the Hamilton County Board of Elections are split over whether to move their headquarters from downtown to the former Mercy Mount Airy Hospital because of the issue of early in-person voting.

The Democrats on the board - Tim Burke and Caleb Faux - say moving to the Kipling road building would make it extremely hard for voters without cars to get to the board, which has one bus line. Many voters would have to take multiple buses to get to Mount Airy, they say.

Date set to auction Ferrari with Cincinnati ties

To settle a  lawsuit over a rare sports car with Cincinnati ties, Hamilton County Judge Norbert Nadel ordered it to be auctioned. That auction of the Ferrari 375-Plus is scheduled for this summer in London. Bonhams, a London auction house, has announced the car, formerly owned by Cincinnatian Karl Kleve, will be sold at The Goodwood Festival of Speed on June 27.

Hundreds of Cincinnatians marched in the cold Monday to remember the legacy of Martin Luther King Jr. The annual commemorative celebration at Music Hall followed a prayer service at Fountain Square. See more pictures here on the WVXU Facebook page.

People remembering Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. in Cincinnati Monday have a full day to do it.

The Martin Luther King Jr. Coalition and the National Underground Railroad Freedom Center is hosting the 39th annual King Legacy Awards Breakfast at the Freedom Center. During the 8:00a.m. breakfast six people will be honored for their leadership in strengthening the diversity of the community and for promoting the vision and legacy of Dr. King.
