The Legacy Data Plate Wall of Honor memorializes veterans and others with a military connection. Each memorial plaque is designed to resemble data plates on military aircraft but instead of model and serial numbers, there are loving remembrances.
For three years the Cincinnati Museum Center has invited the community to participate as the water is turned on for the summer in its iconic fountain. Museum members and guests gathered Friday morning as the countdown began.

Five blocks of Fifth Street in downtown Cincinnati will turn into what's billed as the nation's longest running culinary arts festival this weekend. The Taste of Cincinnati runs tomorrow through Memorial Day. Lance Barry with the Cincinnati USA Regional Chamber said there will be about 40 restaurants at the event, and 8 food trucks.
"That's actually a new addition with the Food Truck Alley," said Barry. "Certainly the food trucks have taken off all over the country, including Cincinnati, so we wanted to incorporate them."
Procter & Gamble (NYSE:PG) announced today that Alan George "A.G." Lafley has rejoined the Company as President and Chief Executive Officer, effective immediately. He has also been elected to the Board of Directors and will serve as its Chairman. Mr. Lafley joined Procter & Gamble in 1977 and served as President and Chief Executive Officer from 2000 to 2009. He succeeds Robert A. “Bob” McDonald, who is retiring from the Company on June 30, 2013, after 33 years of service.
Matthew 25 Ministries of Blue Ash is preparing a third shipment for tornado victims in Moore, OK. The disaster relief organization says it has had more than 600 volunteers since the tornado hit. WVXU photographer Holly Yurchison took pictures as adults and children filled personal care kits.
