Emma and William were the most popular names in Cincinnati in 2012. William was also number one in 2011. 2011's top girl's name, Olivia, dropped of the list completely. The Cincinnati Health Department released the list.
Rounding out the top five for boys, Benjamin, Liam, and a tie between Andrew and Mason. For girls, Sophia, Ava, Lillian and a tie between Isabella and Avery. Here are the complete lists:
Cincinnati Council could approve a report next month that would let the city move forward with a plan to reduce the noise freight trains make when traveling through some neighborhoods. The idea is to set-up a quiet zone especially for overnight train traffic.
