A white out is believed to have caused at least 86 vehicles to crash, closing the highway for seven hours.</p><p>A 12-year old girl was killed and 20 others were sent to hospitals, some have been released.</p><p>Hamilton County Sheriff Jim Neil says investigators are reconstructing what happened.</p><p>"We're in the process of conducting a full traffic investigation on this and it's going to take days.
