Tobacco en NKU now tobacco free <p>Northern Kentucky University is now tobacco free.</p><p>The university approved the policy a year ago and it took effect January 1.</p><p>Spokesman Chris Cole says the policy is more than just a smoking ban.</p><p>"It includes e-cigs, smokeless tobacco, chew, dip, any tobacco or tobacco-simulating product," says Cole. "It's a pretty comprehensive tobacco free campus policy."</p><p>Cole says the university has been preparing for the change for a year. Signs have been posted around campus.
