The car company says it is building a new headquarters in Plano, Texas.</p><p>Beginning this summer, approximately 1,000 jobs at Toyota Motor Engineering &amp; Manufacturing North America, Inc. (TEMA) in Erlanger will be relocated in small batches to Texas.
